Tag Days
May 2008

Thank you!

For the 14th straight year, volunteers joined in common cause to coordinate Tag Days donation drives in over 40 communities throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. And we're pleased to announce that this year's campaign raised over $116,000!

We certainly couldn't have reached such a lofty fundraising total without the help of our Tag Days captains and volunteers, as well as the generous support of WDRV-FM The Drive (97.1 FM) and Visographic Printing. Thank you to everyone who took the time or contributed to help "strike out" ALS!

What is Tag Days?

Throughout the month of May, hundreds of Tag Days volunteers dressed in yellow aprons will be stationed at street corners and in shopping areas in dozens of communities collecting donations to help strike out ALS.

How can I get involved next year?

Below is a list of communities that have held drives in previous years, but we're always looking to expand the list! If you would like more information on becoming a captain in 2009, or volunteering in any of these cities (or in YOUR community), please contact the Foundation at events@lesturnerals.org  or call (847) 679-3311.
