Celebration of Life

Please join us at the Les Turner ALS Foundation's Celebration of Life to remember our loved ones lost to ALS.

Family and friends are welcome to attend.

This service will include readings by members of the Foundation’s Home and Community Services Team with a candle light ceremony and refreshments to follow. There are several ways that you can actively participate in the Celebration of Life:

  • Participate in the Les Turner ALS Foundation’s Memorial Plaque Program. With a memorial gift of $150 or more, we would be honored to place your loved one’s name on our annual Remembrance Plaque. Please click here for more details.
  • Include your loved one’s name in the Celebration of Life program book. All names will be read during the service. All names must be received by Friday, October 16th.
  • Bring a photo of your loved one for our memories display.

Attendance at the Celebration of Life is not required to participate in any of the above activities.
