About Ralph: On Monday, August 15, 2011, the fifth annual ROAR Golf Classic was held in loving memory of Ralph, who lost his long battle with ALS on September 22, 2010. Although ALS had progressively diminished Ralph’s physical abilities, it never weakened his spirit or determination to live life to the fullest. Ralph’s family continues to be involved with the Les Turner ALS Foundation through this golf outing to honor Ralph, his life and his commitment to helping others. Proceeds from ROAR support the Ralph Russo Patient and Family Services Grant Program.
